NEW BABYLON 3: an ‘Inspiration Lab’ for the future of the Zwin region

NEW BABYLON 3 is a view on life as it could develop in the future in West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and West Vlaanderen (Belgium). A view that develops from a process of thinking, discussing and imagining. With monthly moments of exchange in the Zwingebouw in Cadzand-Dorp. Here, general and scientific knowledge is philosophically tested and deepened.

This project is subdivided into a number of themes or ‘building blocks’ and for each ‘building block’, a separate chapter has been made with an introductory text. In this text, current developments are explained and from there on further thought is given to the future.
